4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed clearly at checkout. Payment must be made upfront unless you are an established customer with an approved arrangement. Accepted payment methods include cash and other agreed‑upon options for returning customers.

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information and delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

6. Delivery Policy

Local delivery is available within Benton Harbor and select surrounding areas. Some products may qualify for free door‑drop delivery when minimum quantities are met. Delivery includes photo confirmation to verify completion.

We are not responsible for:

• Items stolen or damaged after delivery

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors outside our control

7. Shipping Policy

For shipped orders, customers are responsible for shipping and handling fees. Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

8. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Customers assume all risk when purchasing.
