1. Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
2. Shipping & Handling Fees
All shipped orders include shipping and handling charges, calculated at checkout. These fees cover packaging, materials, and carrier costs.
3. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through standard carriers. Once the package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility shifts to the customer.
We are not liable for:

4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary. We cannot guarantee arrival dates once the package is in transit.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided when available. Some small or low‑cost items may ship without tracking.
6. Local Delivery (Benton Harbor Only)
Local customers may qualify for door‑drop delivery. Orders of 24 items or more receive free local delivery with photo text confirmation at drop‑off.
7. No Returns or Refunds
All shipped items follow our All Sales Are Final policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any shipped products.
8. Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We do not replace or refund items damaged during shipping.
9. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they understand and accept all shipping risks, including transit delays, carrier issues, and delivery conditions.
